  4. In order to register as a (personal) user of this software, please send 12
  5. pounds sterling to TRANTOR, at the address given on screen 2.

  7. You will then be provided with a version containing further facilities and
  8. processing options.  Command line parameters are available, so COBXREF can
  9. be run from within a BAT file.

  11. Overseas users please send $25 or equivalent, because of extra mail costs
  12. and bank charges for conversion.

  14. Commercial users are expected, and legally obliged, to purchase a
  15. commercial licence.
